Claude Alexander - Reference to a new Client

I guess the first thing I can tell you is that Lyn did not let me know that she would be using me for a reference - so no coached or tainted opinions here.

I can not say enough good things about the level of service Lyn provides or the level of satisfaction I have. She is simply fantastic!

I have been using her since last summer (give or take a month). I have a five year old German Shepherd named Kaia. In addition to being a big dog, she's also a bit of a challenge to handle. I travel quite a bit with my job and used to leave her at a nice kennel but found that she was really wound up when I would pick her up and clearly was not happy there. My neighbors have been using Lyn since they moved to Fort Worth almost a year ago and told me about her. I have been using her exclusively ever since. Now when I come home I have a very happy and relaxed dog.

Lyn will come by 3 times a day when I travel out of town, or once or twice if I am in Dallas, or taking a day trip. I believe her rates are very reasonable given the level of service she provides. She usually spends 30 - 60 minutes here walking, playing with, feeding, petting, brushing and/or just talking to Kaia. She'll turn on the radio or TV between visits or leave her outside if the weather is nice. She always checks to make sure I make it home. If not, she hops in the truck and comes over. I have also come home early a few times and she has no issues with canceled coverage at all.

I have been stuck a couple of times where a flight has been canceled or another emergency has popped-up. Lyn has always answered the call and taken care of Kaia.

She also has a helper - Chelsea. The two of them are simply great. I have no reservations whatsoever about them having a key to the house or taking care of my baby.

Above and beyond looking after Kaia, she brings my mail in, waters plants, takes out my trash and recycling bins, and even called when an unexpected freeze hit Fort Worth - she wrapped my faucets outside and turned the heat on in the house. Last summer my AC acted up and she fixed the problem, went to Lowe's and bought a new filter that was clogged(which I don't think she even charged me for!!!) and made sure Kaia was comfortable.

Heather, I am a very picky and demanding person when it comes to my dog - she is my family - and my home. You could not find anyone better to take care of your dog.
